Commercial terms

Pricing. Indicative while the pool forms. Once the interest threshold is reached, supplier pricing is confirmed and presented to every buyer for approval.
Freight. Quoted separately at allocation, based on your postal code and bundle count. Never blended into the material price.
Commitments. Expressing interest is non-binding. You become bound when you approve confirmed pricing and issue a firm PO — once the consolidated mill order is placed, commitments are non-cancellable.
Certification. Mill test reports per heat · EN 10204 3.1 (subject to mill confirmation).

Important limitations

  • Full-length, full-bundle quantities only — no cutting or processing.
  • Planned lead times on the mill's schedule. Not suitable for emergency requirements.
  • Delivery within the Ontario, Canada region only for this pool.
  • Specification changes after commitment restart technical review.
  • Availability dates are estimates until the mill confirms its schedule.
