What we collect

When you post a requirement, request an allocation, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: company name, contact name, work email, phone number, delivery region and postal code, and the technical specification of the material you buy. We also record the page the submission came from and, where present, campaign parameters from the URL.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: coordinating pooled mill orders. That means matching your specification against open pools, contacting you about allocation windows and order cutoffs, and responding to your inquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your identity with other pool participants — pool progress is always shown in aggregate.

What other buyers can see

Nothing that identifies you. Pool pages show aggregate committed footage and anonymized participant descriptions (for example, "automotive tier-two, Kitchener" style descriptions are only ever published with your explicit consent).

Retention and security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Connection identifiers used for abuse prevention are stored only as one-way hashes. We retain lead records for as long as they are commercially relevant, and we delete them on verified request.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate site usage — page views and conversion events. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
