What this site is

Tight Steel coordinates pooled steel-tube mill orders. Content on this site — including pool listings, pricing bands, and timelines — is provided for coordination purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to sell material. Commercial terms are established only in written purchase documents signed by both parties.

Expressions of interest are non-binding

Posting a requirement or requesting an allocation expresses non-binding interest. You are not committing to purchase, and we are not committing to supply, until a firm purchase order is issued and accepted in writing. Pool stages labeled "binding" refer to the point at which signed purchase documents exist — never to actions taken on this website alone.

Accuracy of listings

Listed pools reflect real procurement activity. Schedules and available quantities are indicative and maintained manually — they are updated on real commercial events, not in real time, and we do not warrant that any listing is error-free. Current availability is confirmed with each inquiry. Confirm all specifications in writing before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requirements, scrape aggregated demand data, or attempt to identify other pool participants. We may refuse or remove submissions that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
